If you need to update your shipping info, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is not packed yet, we will be able to update it.
Please note that processing times may vary slightly during peak periods, such as holidays, or due to high order volumes.

We offer fast and reliable shipping across Europe*, with estimated delivery times of 3-7 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code to monitor its journey right to your door.

• Change of Mind: Since our products are custom-made, we’re unable to offer refunds for changes of mind. However, we do encourage you to reach out if you have any concerns, and we’ll do our best to help.
